This has been a year of remodels. Designer Frances Karsh took a sweet little condo straight from 1970 to 2015.
There was a lot to work with here – Frances updated the floors, cabinets, furnishings, paint, totally transforming the look and feel of the home. She made sure to keep it family friendly, with lots of seating options. Using neutrals with punches of color, creating little nooks and removing the pass through from the kitchen to the dining area all made the space feel special.
