The Brookside Signature Lofts were designed to be your “perfect base” for mountain lifestyle activities. And its location, at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain is central to all that is Rockies. The Brookside Signature Park Lofts are a 16-unit complex complete with contemporary mountain chic lofts. Kim Toms of Slifer Designs is the senior designer on this project, creating several design concepts.
Brookside Signature Park Lofts make the most of the mountain views to the south and creek views to the north. There are 16 two- and three-bedroom units, each with a custom layout, and free-flowing design that includes gourmet kitchens, oversized bedrooms and large laundry and storage areas.
Kim Toms carefully selected two design packages to enhance the owner’s living space. Working closely with the architect, she incorporated contemporary chic elements with a mountain modern flair. Two design packages, “Mountain Modern” and “Contemporary” are available for clients to select from. No detail was overlooked.
High-end kitchen appliances are built in with options including a Zephyr hood and Bosch appliances – with upgrades available. The bath includes a white porcelain vessel sink sitting on top of a hanging cabinet with polished chrome faucet, polished chrome finish sconce and integrated vanity hardware. Options include stained oak or painted white/matte. Flooring in 7-1/2-inch white oak in different finishes is available.
Living room options are designed to showcase the ceiling height and the expansive windows. Mix of exterior stone veneer and blackened steel or vein cut Travertine tile in a lighter finish. The room is finished with an oak wood floor.
Knowing the popularity of barn doors, Kim selected an office-door style that complements the flooring and fireplace with wood crowns and bases. Door hardware is a sleek and classic stainless.
The response has been tremendous to the design offerings. When clients request, Kim has changed the interior design concept, ensuring each customer was thrilled with the finished home.
The challenge was to create a package that is interesting, unique and high end, while giving homeowners the option and ability to fully customize their living space.
